Dear Anxious, there are many different natural remedies to deal with anxiety. I will not say medicine BUT bloodwork is very informative when it comes to our mental health.

We will discuss several routes to go and you do what you feel is right for you. Once your blood levels for vitamins and iron are checked we can move on. Bloodwork can indicate what you need to put in your body. For example, low iron and low Vitamin B levels can contribute to anxiety.

Ok now that that’s out of the way let’s talk alternative.

I had the privilege of having Integrative Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) 7 months ago; with an amazing young woman Cassie. You can check her out at massagewithcassie.com. #cass_a_roo222

I benefited from this one session of I.E.T. more than seeing a doctor once a month for a year!

During this session of I.E.T. I felt feelings, emotions, negative energy, etc. leave my body. Cassie my I.E.T. specialist spoke with me after about the session. Personally I was having a tough time making decisions and felt foggy. After I.E.T. my haze was gone, anxiety better, etc. This was only after one session! My husband a lot more skeptical had an amazing experience well.

Cassie gave suggestions to help myself. One suggestion was for me to get a gratitude journal. Cassie sends out good vibes and energy to her clients every night. Cassie told me “you may feel the energy, you may not probably around 830 -900 pm if you do.” I was in a pharmacy around 9 pm that same night and came upon a gratitude journal in a clearance isle. Coincidence or energy?!

Neurofeedback and yoga also have helped with my anxiety. I use to take prescription medication and no longer do!

Most of all you must remember with all the suggestions and treatment ideas none of them will change your lifestyle.

It is important to know and understand what you are capable of without crossing boundaries of doing too much for others and not enough for yourself. For example, Neurofeedback may help you with your anxiety however is not going to make your crazy busy schedule any lighter.

Sometimes we can lessen our own anxiety just by starting to say no. Lighten our load and schedule. Taking one thing out that is very unhealthy for us. If you really take a look at your schedule I am sure there is something you can do to focus more on you and this will eventually help you when you are faced with more of life’s roller coasters.

Learning a healthy balance takes years, possibly our entire lives.

I hope you feel better and less anxious soon!
Sincerely,
Ultimate Abbey

I also love my difuser and by placing certain essential oils in the difuser it can assist in reducing anxiety and stress!
