Kicked UP Shrimp Salad
- Hey my friend from N.C. Why don’t you try this? I don’t know what your kids like but mine are not picky and this is a family favorite. Currently, training and I am exceptionally hungry and this filled me. Shrimp, Romaine, Corn ( left over off the cob), red onion, tomatoes, avocado, imitation crab, roasted asparagus (left over from night before) croutons, chick peas. Feel free to add or subtract! Use your favorite dressing or make your own. I prefer homemade Balsamic. YUM!
